How much is set up and delivery for my address?

If your address is within our 10 mile radius* -

Indoor Sleepover Party - starts at $60

Outdoor Glamping Party - starts at $100

If your address is outside of our 10 mile radius*-

Indoor Sleepover Party - starts at $100

Outdoor Glamping Party - Starts at $150

* These are for parties of 4. the price will raise slightly with each additional teepee setup added.

If you are out of San Diego County - I am willing to travel to southern Orange County (San clemente, Dana point etc) for a travel fee of $300. on top of your normal Delivery fee.

What makes Sleepover Haven Special?

We take the hassle out of Sleepovers and Backyard Glamping. We bring and set it all up, Pick it up and launder it all. Easy Peasy.

How exactly does it work?

  1. Pick your date, your package + your add-ons by filling out the form.

  2. We will confirm your party rental dates, times and other details and go over any questions and/or special requests you might have through email. I will send an invoice after you confirm and your deposit, which is 50% of the balance, is due at this time. Once your deposit is received your reservation is official!

  3. Two weeks before your Sleepover Haven Party I will contact you to reconfirm your delivery and agree upon delivery and pick up time. I will send an invoice and your remaining balance is due at this time.

  4. We deliver + style. It will take anywhere from 60-150 min minutes to set up an Luxury Indoor Sleepover and anywhere from 2 hours-3 hours to set up a Backyard Glamping Party depending on size and add-ons.

  5. You make wonderful memories.

  6. We come the next day to pack up + pick up at the time agreed upon.

  7. You post an amazing review on one of our many online outlets. Google, Yelp, Facebook or Instagram 😉😁

  8. After each Sleepover Haven Party all bedding and covers are laundered. All mattresses and decor items are disinfected and spot cleaned.

How long is my rental for?

Your rental will be overnight. We will decide and agree on a time to Drop off and Pick up. Additional Night(s) Can be purchased for an additional but discounted rate but must be discussed during booking.

Tent set ups can be used for photo shoots as well, please contact me for more information.

What type of payments are accepted?

Debit, Credit. Payment will be made by following directions in your emailed invoice. there is a 3% Payment processing fee added to all Invoices.

What if I need to accommodate more than 12 people?

at this time we are only able to accommodate 10. But feel free to contact me, we just might be able to work something out.

What if I have to cancel?

if you need to cancel, your deposit or 50% of your total is non refundable but you may reschedule to a later available date at no cost. (if done prior to the 2 week mark) In other words your money stays as credit.

What if it turns out the weather will be bad?

If you are booked for a Sleepover Haven Backyard Glamping Party, or an outdoor picnic, I will be checking the weather as it gets close to your event. If the weather seems to be a problem we can discuss changing plans or dates. If either will not work we can cancel. but your deposit or 50% of your total will remain as credit with Sleepover Haven.

How much space is needed?

Each Sleepover Haven indoor sleepover tent and Mattresses take up 38x75 inch space. The mattresses are regular Twin size.

For Sleepover Haven Backyard Glamping Parties the bell tent will need a minimum diameter space of 20ft, of grass or dirt. if your space is partially or completely Artificial turf or concrete you must let us know and there will be a $100 additional fee.

What if a child wets the bed?

No Biggie! Accidents happen. Sleepover Haven uses waterproof mattress covers. The bedding and covers will be washed with a laundry sanitizer. I also have personal experience with long term bed wetting, so don't hesitate to let me know ahead of time if there is a child that still wets the bed so we can take additional precautions.

What if there is damage to rental items or missing pieces?

When you agree to our terms of service you agree to replace lost or damaged items at fair market price. (The prices for certain items can be found in our Terms of Service, see below.) Taking precautions such as keeping nail polish, permanent markers, scissors and other damaging items away from the teepee set ups will help ensure there is no damage. We appreciate your understanding concerning this matter.
